The Possibilists. Michael Soule´, the late conservation biologist, was once asked if he is optimistic or pessimistic about the future of our environment. He responded that he is “possibilistic.” We want to be possibilistic too, and together we’re trying to explore what that means with Reverse the Red. Find out more about this movement at https://www.reversethered.org/
The Possibilists is now a partnership between Pelecanus and Reverse the Red. In this series we will highlight the scientists, organizations, institutions, and communities focused on reversing the trend of biodiversity loss and recovering species on the IUCN Red List. We’re so excited to announce this partnership and to get these amazing success stories out to the world, spreading optimism for the conservation of biodiversity.
